How randomness works: Tossora uses the browser's Web Crypto API to generate random values on your device. That is stronger than Math.random(), but Tossora is still designed for everyday decisions, games, classrooms, and learning—not regulated drawings, gambling, or security-critical decisions.

When the participant count divides evenly, yes. Otherwise, some teams will have one more member than others.
Does the generator balance teams by skill?
No. It randomizes names and balances group size, but it does not know participant skill, age, role, or other attributes.
